As i've said before i have a newish site revolving around the live streaming niche, sports to be exact. It has about 100 live streams running most of the time.
Was wondering now i have sports bettings affilates links etc on my site, how dangerous is having a site like this?
I dont host the streams just embed like the other big streaming sites, still.. what could happen? site taken down? worse?

Also im using offshore hosting, thanks to anyone for any replies.

If the streams you embed are stealing content then you're setting yourself up for a legal issue regardless of where you host the website. That said, most of us here aren't lawyers and you should really seek actual legal council if you're worried about the consequences of your actions.

I never do it myself and i never try to break copyright laws this way, but i use to view many sport events using this type of service for almost a year now.
What i see is that the same web sites was available one year before and almost the same web sites today
Every day there are of course new sites and there are "players" who decide to "retire".
From time to time i lost the signal and i receive a message that the channel goes down from the streaming company for copyright reasons.
In most cases after one-two minutes the signal is back using the same or other streaming company.
In other words, according my experience yes there is a copyright violation but the same players continue in this sector for long time without any serious problem.

I personally never click the "offers" or visit the websites (beting, porno etc.) the websites i use advertise.
I think that there is extremely competition in this niche and i'm not sure that you can earn serious money. For me this is the hardest point and not the copyright issues.

Don't understand how all these sites do it, they don't host and they state that. Maybe because they are just too big to get rid off.

I don't think that there would be any legal problem if you use precautions , just create a DMCA page and set up a contact form. Tell the authorities to send the details of the copyright materials through that form with documents verifying that they own the content. Remove the content if they own it, and create another link using some other streaming site. Also, get whois privacy for your domain.
