You want to host live stream events on your site? It could be such a pain with all the copyright vioaltions and DMCA takedowns. And I don't think you are willing to do this for charity. Create a streaming site with fake players, and drive traffic to the site (through SEO, Paid Posting, Social Media). And earn money for every signup.

You need a good server to start with. The contents, you can easily copy from other known sports betting sites.

This is going to cost you a lot either in copyright payments or getting anonymous non-DMCA compliant servers and domains,
