Thanks for the code, but Godaddy is one of the worse providers ever.
Suggest you get the domain than transfer to namecheap if you plan to keep it.

I've used Godaddy with over 50 domains for years, and am still confused over the 'worst provider' sentiment some people on BHW posses. Sure, if your domain expires (which you are notified about well before the fact), they will snag the higher PR, or more unique ones for auction and have full right to do so, but otherwise you are quite safe.

As a note, I have never used Namecheap, so it could be the cat's ass, but I am quite satisfied with godaddy ATM.

Well, I wouldn't say Worst, but their client panel is so un-userfriendly.
Their website is also very crowded with bunch of things.

After switching to Namecheap, I just couldn't go back to it.
If you havn't used better ones, I understand that it may be okay with you.

It is true they have a very 'busy' website which can be confusing for new customers. I've never actually thought about it. Their domain manager is sweet though, and very flexible, not to mention easy to use. (is this what you are referring to as the client panel?). It is also nice that changes propagate within minutes, and not hours like my other providers in the past.

I guess it all comes down to personal preference. I like Godaddy, specifically because they never screwed me, and their domain manager rocks. I may actually look at namecheap for the next round, but the name of the site reminds me of a dirty thrift store, and gave me a bad taste so I've never actually gone to their website before.

Why does everytime there's a new coupon code for Godaddy, it has to turn into a Godaddy sucks thread? I use godaddy because namecheap is more expensive, no 0.49 info, etc. And I find GD can pick up dropped domains the fastest.
