Live Chat

Does anyone know any live chat app for website that has a mobile phone and doesn’t need monthly subscription, I have seen some pure php codes but they don’t have mobile app, the idea is to not stay in the loop of monthly sub. Tidio, Tawk, Smartsupp are all good but limited without sub. Thanks
