The best one seems to be clickdesk >> easy to configure, cheap, reliable and your client can even call you (your skype, google talk or US number) directly from their PC. It just seems to be the best one in the market, especially for that price

I've also used Kayako in the past and had rather pleasant experiences with them. I'm not sure whether other providers do the same but with Kayako I loved the fact that live support and ticketing system were interconnected.
