Ive used Live Support - if you google it it comes first - and had good success with it - but I just wanted to hear from anyone else if they are crazy about some other widget or chat live support tool? Thanks

one of the best its
Live Chat Software by Kayako
got a 5 day trial
its the best do

I have used livehelp messenger from stardevelop, for long time its very good too.

livehelp.stardevelop.com

i use livechatscript dot com ..works well and its free also

I have tried several...

The best one seems to be clickdesk >> easy to configure, cheap, reliable and your client can even call you (your skype, google talk or US number) directly from their PC. It just seems to be the best one in the market, especially for that price :) .. I pay a little than $20 a month.

Chat goes directly to your Skype or Google talk application.

I've also used Kayako in the past and had rather pleasant experiences with them. I'm not sure whether other providers do the same but with Kayako I loved the fact that live support and ticketing system were interconnected.

Just 1 tip: choose your own photo (interesting one) over the logo >> people react to them much better (I have run sever tests).. Of course, if you are not setting it up on a corporate website :)

comm100. free and tons of options. you can track IP, referral source ETC.

I use Zopim on loads of websites. Does slow down page load so I usually delay it.
