Hello I am looking to add live chat programme on my website (eCommerce) for customer support and live chat & also I want to track real time visitors, website traffic status and location. Any low price chat tool available in the market. Any suggestions?

I am using LiveZilla 3.3.2.2 which is free one . But you will use it only as chat software. For everything else you will need to install advances traffic plugins like awstats.

zopim.com is pretty decent for not a lot of coin and has a reduced functionality free version.
