I'm searching a live chat plugin for wordpress becouse i think is incredible usefull for conversion.
Someone have any suggestions?

LiveZilla is a great piece of sofware, however even a fake "we're offline, but Live Chat is here" floating image at the top right of your website still improves conversion rates, if you don't have the time/manpower to actually answer questions on Live Chat, having an image floating there still increases visitor confidence

I use clickdesk and its' good. There is a free version depending on how many chats you are doing and a paid one at $9.99/month right now...allows you features such as SSL and customizing the chat box.

Stats show live chat increase overall sales by 14%. But I show , putting a real seasoned salesman on chat increases by 26%!!!
