2. Niche related domain (Not exact match).
3. A diverse link building campaign.
4. SM shares/optimization.
5. And finally, a ranking technique that I keep to myself.
The 5th one speaks for itself. Not that there is anything wrong with it, but if he intends to keep it for himself, what's the point of making this "case study" public....
