[Live Case Study] How high can I go?

This is my first live case study ever, so apologies if I'm leaving out some details you're expecting to read. I'll outline what I'm going to do - without giving away too much information - and will post my progress in this thread as something changes. To cut a long story short, I've found a niche here in Australia and want to do some testing since there are no real case studies already, basically to see what I can get away with. There are a lot of spammy looking domains in this niche and it looks easy enough to rank in, but time will tell.

This is what I've done so far...

• Competition analysis on major keywords
• Built a seed list of all competitors and suppliers
• Crawled all the domains from the seed list and found spelling mistake URLs and expired domains
• Bought all the domains over 1 week
• Developed a money site on a fresh .com TLD

The site is ready to be indexed and added to Google/Bing webmaster tools.
All keywords I'm targeting have been added into proranktracker, ready to go.

This is what I'm going to do... (once the money site is indexed in both search engines)

• Start GSA on slow post, making it pause for a few hours once it finds 10 verified links, letting it run until the emails die (this should bring 40 -50 links a day)
• Use sbautoapprovelists to push comments to all articles GSA creates (probably a few hundred per article will stick)
• 301 a total of 12 domains found and bought from the seed list (combined the domains bring a total of 93k links - no spam!)

Once I've done all that I'll take a look at the ranking positions and search volume for the site. Although I will be keeping a close eye on them constantly and posting any interesting changes in here.

I'm thinking that the domain will hit page one and if it doesn't I'll hunt inside the BHW marketplace for some PBN links.

The only reason I'm doing this is to see how what I can get away with in this niche, plus it would be interesting to see how fast the site takes to get penalized.

UPDATE #1

Well, it seems I have received my first letter in regards to a domain containing a brand name with "misuse" of the domain. Down to 11 domains now.

Nothing further to mention at this point.

UPDATE #2. The website is live and all pages with video content were pinged, and indexed. Now just waiting on the whole site to be indexed. Added the sites URL it into WMT and waiting until some search impressions show. Then I will add some links from the blogs and 301 2 of the domains. Also added the site into Google Maps and waiting on the postcard to verify the listing.

Update #3: Pretty much all the redirects are showing up in Ahrefs now but still no search viability. This probably proves that 301's alone can't rank a web. Everyone at BHW already knew this, right?

Going to start running GSA campaigns soon, just scraping a list since the Red and Blue lists no longer exist. Probably run SB AA list first from low OBL posts. Keep updating in here, mainly for my own reference; since nobody is following. *forever alone meme

Partners have abandoned the testing. There will be no more work.
