Does 2co charge you 49.00 to join? Or did I go to the wrong 2co. If its the same one, I find it odd as way back in 2001 I was a member of 2co (2checkout) they were free back then, then one day I was no longer a member. I've had a chaotic life that prevented me from being able to be online consistently, so I guess they figured since I didn't log in enough (and I was never able to get my site live) that I didn't need the account... bummer

Yes they do but there is a coupon floating around here that lets you waive it.

Try rereading the first method post. The part where the OP mentions they don't care if they sandbox their website, should stand out to you.
The traffic he got, wasn't from being indexed. It was from the posted links.

Nearly finished my phone calls to the 5 companies. 2 more to do. Once they are over, I will be posting some stats. I can tell you this time I have a much higher success rate! Plus I did more extra things... all coming in the next update! Get ready..

I know its hard to believe.
I am going to take a photo of the cash I get from the restaurant owner later if you guys don't believe me. But you guys gotta trust me on this one.
However, as I said, the phone call which got me $500 is pretty much 100% luck.

I cannot share the exact chat boxes and so on as then I won't be able to do this.
But I pretty much did huge SB blasts, xRumer blasts, Twitter Marketing, Spamming chat boxes and thats pretty much it. Just do a load of all these.
