Little question regarding Google Form Embedding to the Wordpress Page

Hello,

I embedded a google form to one of my site and shows correctly untill few days ago. Now it shows another button call "fill out form" before redirect to the form. After I click, it opens the google form but now its like a link not a embedded form. Anyone know how to fix it ?
