say, would it be worth my time to make hundreds of pva's if i am able and try to sell them for like maybe 4$ each or would my time be better spent on cpa/ewhore/etc ? plz let me knwo

better spent doing cpa as it usually automated after setup!!
obviously do the pva aswell.. build loads of methods to earn at once!

Depends on what your plans are. What I would do is fund your cpa with the money you make from creating pvas. In fact, that's exactly what I'm gonna do.

If your pva's work, then there is a demand, the price you are quoting is very competitive.

It depends, how much money do you want to make?? Like you could create a proper service, outsource and scale it up. Promote it alot, and you could make loads.. But at the same time you could make nothing, if you do it wrongly There IS a demand, this i know!
