Let's say a PR7 authority site posts daily articles, those articles will show PR N/A to us until there will be a PR update.

Will google see those page as PR N/A also or does google see them directly with higher PR?

Pagerank is just invisible until next pagerank update.

The toolbar PR (ie what you and I see) won't update from N/A until the next update.

The real PageRank score used in the algorithm will have updated and will constantly update as the inbound and outbound links on the page change.

Got to remember though that the PR7 toolbar score you can see may not be an accurate representation of its real PR at all (real PageRank isn't on a scale of 0-10, put it that way).

It makes sense, why should Google limit theirselves because of an pr toolbar update... the algorithm is constant being updated.
