Little help with facebook leads

Hello dear friends.

In the past, I used some software which helps me to extract targeted leads with facebook mail addresses. I am in searching for help, what is the best method to take advantage of these leads and could you maybe help me what software to use for mass mailing, or to put all that in Aweber or so.

I have over 60 thousand of them.
