Little help regarding instagram ips

Recently i am using 4g ips for instagram account but you know these are very expensive so i want to know:
Can i use residential ips? Because they also change after 3 minutes

Is there any user available who recently use residential ips?

If you want to use residential, you need static, or at least very slowly rotating IPs.
Think about it: if you had your account on a real mobile phone, there are two ways to access the internet
- via 3/4/5G mobile data, and that means sharing an IP with many other mobile users, and frequent changes
- via WIFI, and that usually doesn't change - in your home, in your office. Probably ever now and then in a café. But surely not every 3 minutes.

Those rotating residentials are for a very different use case

4g arnt cheap your right, but it is the best solution for now
