Little Help Please

Ok so within about a week i have taken in about a months worth of information on affiliate marketing Techniques how to get traffic the works. I realize that while not mandatory but very helpful learning a lot about SEO. So i was wondering if anyone could reccomend some good books to get me started and well educated on how it works. Cause frankly sifting through all of the junk on the web trying to find whats reliable and not is becoming taxing. I just turned 19 so i have a around a 100 bucks i can spend toward internet marketing. Although i realize it is not fully needed but i really want to create a website and or blog or both, in order to make this a long term thing.

I am unemployed and it's not looking like that is going to change as it is hard for me to get a job skater hair covered in tattoos. But i spend literally 15 hours a day on the computer everyday all day. So time is no worry Any advice on books for SEO mainly as i have found many reliable website blogging to create what i need. I just really want to learn this and learn it well so that within the next year or few months preferably i will be able to make a living off of doing this. I wouldn't buy any ebooks, they are a waste of money.

It is overwhelming, that you have to read a lot junk to get the gold. Starting out is hard. It's all about trial and error, see what works for you.

Play around with the Google keyword tool, get to know it. Really, just read as much as you can. Open up notepad, take down notes you liked.

Hmmm... I think I can help you with an ebook on SEO. However before that I would suggest that you do extensive search in this forum to learn more and more.

Thanks for the reply I have been working with the keyword tool I understand how it operates I have even made a few hubpages just expiermenting with it trying to see what brings in the best traffic. But there seems to be a lot more to SEO than I can understandi would like to get a good understanding of it so I can continue I'M to one day make somereal cash lol.

I'm no expert but this forum here is much better than any ebook you're gonna find IMHO.

Besides I've been reading around this few days and it seems with the latest google algorithm update even the big sites or "seo gurus" have suffered.

Also any ebook you're gonna find is gonna be outdated for today's usage, could do more harm than good.

@ OP , good to see that you are taking action . none of the books will help you much as all of them are outdated . these PANDA updates are making ranking a lot tougher , but i would suggest you to read a few , get your self familiar with terms and a little basic knowledge . go out there , do some experiments . need any help regarding this , you can PM me .
