little help for autoblogging

I downloaded a wp-o-matic plugin for auto posting my articles
but i dont have the crontab on my ipage cpanel, the service tell me that i need to upgrade to VPS host to get crontab

is there anyone auto article plugin that is easy to use? i want the ones can set times and date when to auto post my article
