Little help for a beginner?

I've kind of a beginner to black hat. Basically I'm buying a Xrumer blast (20K Links) on fiverr and I'm wondering how many web 2.0s to split it between. Is it more effective to blast 20 Web 2.0s and make them powerful or blast to 200 Web 2.0s and have them less powerful but a lot more of them. Or does it even matter. I'm a bit paranoid that I'm going to split it between too many and cause it to be ineffective. Thanks.

20K to 20 properties should be fine. It would probably be a little bit better if you pushed it across maybe 50 web 2.0's.

with everything i've been reading about the panda effect i wonder if it's best to split backlink blasts between more nodes as you have suggested

it may dilute the effects on a single blast however if you do consistent blasts daily or every few days on all of them to spread out the backlink building it may help prevent any negative repercussions of backlink building too quickly
