Little Bookmark Tool for a do-follow Bookmark Page

i have test some coding and would give it away for free, you can bookmark sites to http://www.h00ligan.de/

2. use the login & password in the tool
3. load all needed files with infos (line per line)
4. click add and add all Informations to the Bookmarking Site

links will be bookmarked as do-follow.

What language is this in? German? Dutch? Cannot understand the video or the user info in the software at all so can't judge it one way or the other.
