Literally cannot do anything on my Facebook account

I don't really know much about Facebook usage and its rules but i created an account yesterday and did some basic setup, followed a few pages and joined some groups with the intent of using it to promote my WhatsApp group link. But i noticed that on every group i joined I can't even make a comment not to talk of posting on the group, i mean like my comments says "declined" and my post gets deleted immediately after posting. I'm sure the group admin isn't doing this soi would like to know what's wrong, has my account been flagged or did i not do enough warming up on it before i started posting.
Also, how can i go around this??

The administrator has removed your post. It could be because your post contains links that take customers to other Pages, Groups or platforms. That's why the administrator removed your post with the intention of not letting you attract their customers to you.

You can start with advertising campaigns that target that customer base, conversion ads that will take your customers to the Landing Page where you are providing the service.
 
fb is strict with spam, even more on new accounts
 
You are right was the admin, there are groups that require you to be there for certain time before you can comment or post sometimes they approve manually every post or comment and they can reject it, so there is nothing you can do they always check that, I'm in a few groups that you need to pass a verification before you can comment only comment and for posting you need to be at least 6 months participating no spamming, no suspensions, only for posting reules from groups can change but yeah post is reviewed before anyone else can see it by the admin and there is rejected, there is nothing you can do unfortunately because that will mean remove the admin or pay him to allow you to promote your link or product.
 
Maybe your action was considered as spamming, that's why it got removed. You can think about advertising.

You can rent FB ad accounts and BM's, check the marketplace section. Rent it and if they block you, you get a new one. This is specially useful for blackhat offers, if the provider accepts BH in their ad accounts.
 
In my opinion, Facebook is becoming more and more strict, so advertising on there is easily banned, or you can contact the administrator to cooperate with them to get better results.

Like? Which other network has so much reach? No other social network is even near.
 
Firstly, your account is new and group has restrictions on who can post and comment, so you may require approval from an admin before posts and comments are published.
 
Maybe you are a new member, there are group restrictions on new people. You should post a few days after joining the group or contact the administrator so they can approve your post
 
i think facebook define your action as spam, maybe u can contact help center to fix

You should contact the group administrator and ask them to approve your post
 
Most group's admin declined new comments or posts from new accounts.
you will need to warm up the account then try again
 
All groups have automated moderation tools. Maybe your post has offensive words set by the administrator. Find out more about this in the group rules section. Only public groups let members post easily. look for groups like this and try again. Good luck

You need to warm up at least a week before joining massively group, especially if you posted, it auto highlights them as a spam. To go around need to buy a warmed up account or very aged one, even then, the mods can still block spammy content
