I am relatively new to blackhat IM.
I am looking at getting an email list using the teacher method outlined in a thread on this forum. I googled "teacher email lists" and this site popped up that provides email lists for every single teacher in certain states.
Some of those lists have up to 80k or more emails in them. Now my question for you guys is: Is this a legit service?
