Listing template/theme?

Hi, I currently use auctiva to give me templates/themes for my listings but honestly they are all very generic and basic looking, reminds me of the year 1999 clip art galleries lol...the only thing I really love is that my timed auctions are free and for every listing it shows my store page in gallery view so buyers can see what else I have.

On with the question...was wondering if there were better templates out there or a way to show my other items in gallery view without having to pay 9.99 a month? If not I'll stay with auctiva I suppose but would appreciate any info.
