Will listing my items as used instead of new keep my "feit" items from being removed?

I've been doing this consistenly for about 2 months. I'm still turning a good profit listing used instead of new but does this keep me under the radar?

depends on what you are selling.. Think you have been lucky so far..Ebay has certain brands on a list that they crack down hard on

Well no one has been complaining. And the one guy that did call me out i was quick to offer a refund. I know my time is running short though.

Any suggestions on how to keep this going?

I dont know where you are.. I have experience of the uk.. Its hard to get away with for long...All it takes is one person to report you and your account will be under scrutiny..Some companies employ staff solely to monitor ebay and flag any item they suspect as being dodgy... And not just high end companies like Rolex or Ferragamo. Some fairly mid level companies do it too...I had a listing ended for a pair of Birkenstock sandals(they were genuine). Try listing Ugg boots or GHD hair straighteners, branded cosmetics and it wont last much longer

hmmmm ok. I'll be sure to stay away from that department, hopefully I've found a a "niche" market

He's got a niche ( "'Don't Stop The Funk") tone. He sells replicas of replicas of replicas.

Listing items as used does indeed help. But if the products are new and you list them
as used. Once the customer sees their new that is going to create problems lol.
