Heya guys,

I picked up around 9 box sets from another site that I planned on selling on eBay - however they are charging me $50 to list the auction as a fee for just ONE of these box sets - keep in mind I am selling them at $50 each.

What's up with this?

They are charging you $50 to list something you are trying to sell for $50? What are you trying to list?

I haven't sold much on ebay but that sounds wrong. I don't think I paid more than that when I sold a surfski for $1000.

I'm in OZ too.

$ 50 insertion fee for $ 50 BIN?! No I do not think that this is possible ..... what box set?! dvds?

Yeah a Zumba boxed set - as soon as I even try to list my auction, I scroll to the bottom
and a $50 fee is there - even if I uncheck all bonuses it remains and if I change quantity
it goes up to around $100.

To be honest what I am selling is irrelevant, before I even mention the products name,
even a generic keyword sale has a listing fee of $50.

You are doing something wrong.

It should only be around $1 to make the listing.

It sounds like you have a listing upgrade selected somewhere.

On the final page of the listing process, it gives a breakdown of the fees, What does it say?

p.s. to sell Zumba on ebay AU you need to be a licensed reseller.

Tried it again, I continuously get this $50 price at the bottom of the listing of the auction page.

Please tell us what the listing summary at the bottom says, where it shows the price to insert. It will break down the cost into what each individual option is costing you.

You might be listing it in a wrong category, too.
