Listing and Directory Site

Hello,

I want to hire someone to get up a directory and business listing site, relevant to Australia. It doesn't need to be complicated with payment processing or anything like that.

Allows business to register listing with manual approval.
- I can then email them to follow up, verify etc.

Once business is listed
- People can leave reviews, upload images etc.

Should categories for people to list businesses, services and properties for rent.

Doesn't need to be fancy or anything like that. In fact, if it's simple, the better.
