Listing all back links under single URL

Forgive me my lack of knowledge but... if I will make single HTML page with all of my backlinks listed and then I will get that page indexed, then will all the other backlinks on that page get indexed too?
If yes, then will this page be crawled only once or multiple times if I will keep adding back links to it?
Does crawling = indexing?

if you use the backlinks they will be index too if you are using the google tools to do it about crawling and indexing Crawling basically is that Googlebots look at all the content code on the page and analyzes it and Indexing means that the page is eligible to show up in Google’s search results

So just to make sure that I understood you correctly: I have website www.mywebsite.com. I have 50 backlinks on 50 different websites pointing to my main website. I'm creating another page www.extrapage.com where I'm listing all of the 50 pages which point to my main website. Google crawler comes to www.extrapage.com, follows all 50 websites that are listed on www.extragape.com and finds backlinks pointing to www.mywebsite.com, so instead of submitting 50 different pages to indexer I can only submit www.extrapage.com and the effect will be the same. Is that correct?
