You can't post on their blogs just like this. You have to send'em Emial explaining why would you be a good fit for their blog and how can you cntribute tec tec..They won't erase your article once they posts it. I don't know if I understood your question well, but that's my answer

There are some great articles on the web explaining how to search blogs accepting guest posts. I don't wanna copy paste those articles here.
