[LIST] What software are your using to run your offline business?

I'm starting this thread to discuss the software we are using to run our offline business and I encourage everyone to add your software to this list. It will be interesting to see the programs people are using. Our business happens to use all Apple computers.

Here is the software we are currently using:

BILLINGS- Client billing management, quote & invoicing

BASE CRM- Customer Relationship Management System

OMNIFOCUS- Task manager

OMNIPLAN- Project management, business systems & processes

BENTO- Database management & file storage

CURIO- Graphs, charts & brainstorming

BOX (.net) Online file backup & collaboration

.projekt or however its spelled for project management. Very similar to MS Project but free and really easy to setup on our website.
 
Anyone else? What software are you using for your business?
 
WHMCS - Customer Management, Billing and Invoicing, Support Tickets
Dropbox - File Management
Microsoft Office Suite - Synced OneNote notepads, Outlook calendars synced to iphones for reminders, to do lists etc. Excel Spreadsheets for reporting etc

Probably the three most important software packages to my business
