What kind of doubts that you want to clarify in the forum. There are many forums available for various niches.
For IM you can ask doubts in BHW, WF and DP. Otherwise just Google it.

i suggested that OP use the official WordPress forum, i thought as it's their official forum for advice and problem solving it was ok. Their forum isn't in direct competition with BHW and deals with something a lot members use so i assumed it was ok to mention it.

That rules is a bit vague; it just says "other forums". I just assume it means all other forums, even if they're not related to IM.
