    Its simple.. Just write a simple program(using for or while loop) in any language( c, c++ etc) and store the output in a text file..

    If you are using Windows 7. Open up powershell and paste this in (just right click)

    Code:
    $s = [System.IO.StreamWriter] "C:\numbers.txt"
    $r = 1..25000000
    $c = $r.Count
    For($i = 1; $i -lt $c; $i++) { $s.WriteLine($i) }
    $s.Close()

    Does Win actually support int values up to 25 million? When I was learning C++, my teacher told me you can't go beyond 32000 something..

    It depends on the data type you are using to store the number. What you are thinking of is a short, which uses 16 bits of memory to store the number.

    To store 25million you'd assign it to a 64bit integer (aka long).
