List of FREE Hosting servers

Folks,
Lets make a list of FREE hosting servers, that can be used to up atleast basic/static pages for newbies who are starting up.
One that I know of is x10hosting (Web and cpanel). But it is not available in all countries.
Go on add your list.

If you are going to try and rank a website or really make any money off it free hosting is not really the way to go. But cutting out a few coke's a month you could have a real hosting account with Clean IP. Shared hosting plans have gotten so cheap over the years.

First there is no need to spam forum with hosting server names, if you want to know any hosting as per your need, you can ask in forum.
Second, x10 suks, they will terminate your account even if you post a image to your site taken from google or you just consumed more than 10 percent of share resources.
