1.do follow article directories?
2. do follow blog dorectories?
Because i want make a list of that, if possible, please tell the pagerank that the site has.

Advertise on BHW
Avoid article directories (apart from EZA and GA) and Web directories - they just won't give you the backlink SERP punch that you are looking for.
