List idea

So I just read a thread about someone wanting to make a list of their followers then it hit me.

Yesterday, I was reading in the pinterest forum on how to scrape followers and and see how many followers a certain user had. Long story short it would export a list into an excel sheet. So I got to thinking, why can't we do that and make a list and swap them to each other?

We are all here for the same reason, to get more followers. So why don't we just scrape 1,000 active followers and trade the list to someone in a different but sub-niche? Like say your niche is work out post, and mine is hunting. There has to be a group of people from yours who like hunting and group from mine that likes to work out. Then once you have a list you could just automate following who's on the list via imacros.


Does this sound like a good idea or am I just a noob?

What about the idea to build in a trade system?

Followers for Followers? So if you search user on niche and it will save them so other people can import them.

Lists can be traded i guess?

Haha I just posted on your post. That would be awesome and set yours aside from all the other ones! After I posted this I go to thinking, you could just scrape someone in your niche. But at the same time then your trying to get somebody's attention that is already following an account like yours.

Thats true.. Though intrests are intrests.

If i like dogs and i follow you because you post alot of dog stuff i still would follow some one else who posts alot of dogs stuff..

While i was thinking about your post i came up with a great idea.

What if.

My bot would follow niche related people, remember them, checks who followed you back, create a list of those people.

This way you get a high quality list.

My expectation is that 80% will follow a same related niche account.
But hey, no statics yet so im not sure but in my opinion a great idea!

That works too. Whatever is easiest haha. Me personally I only follow the best pages because I don't like my whole feed to just be of lifted trucks, but that's just me. Haha

Well do you actually know what people to follow?

Do you use people found because of a hashtag or something else?

I am pretty new to instagram. Yet i want to learn it all..

As for my personal I just follow people with cool pics and a lot of followers and friends of course.

Right now for my business one I find people via hashtag and just run a script to comment or like a few times a day. I haven't decided on a bot yet.

However I have two other instagram's I want to get going but I have too much on my plate right now and am just waiting until I can get a bot to post my stuff.

Those followers would get spammed to death, what's so hard about scraping followers yourself?

And instead of giving the list to others, you could always just make another account and use it to help it grow initially.
