List building

Hi guys, I got off my lazy butt and made a squeeze page to collect email list. I chose double opt-in for quality purposes but now I am stuck, I chose the weight loss niche and I cant find any solo ads for that niche. I just wanted to ask apart from solo ads which other ways do I build a list fast. I tried ppc and it is still running, I am geitting imps on my ad but no clicks. Any help will be appreciated and I am also open to JV.
