List building

I'm building a list of people who are looking to make money, employment and was wondering is it possible to sell these list when I finish building them?

If this list is a list of entrepreneurs, then perhaps you can sell it.

Email lists/lead generation is very profitable if they're targeted lists.

I know that "money making/get rich quik" lists/niche is/was heavily saturated at one point.

No it's a list of people looking for a job or gig, they need to make money

Oh, I read that wrong, that's my bad.

I don't have any direct experience in the employment niche, but I imagine you could possibly sell these lists to employment agencies or email marketers.
