List Building with PPV

Can anyone recommend any good courses out there for using PPV to build a list?

Also, when using PPV for list building, should I just focus on URL's, or should I look at keywords too? I know keyword traffic with PPV tends to not convert as well, but in this case, the up front conversions is not what I am worried about

I don't do PPV for list building but I have heard people who have experience say that you need an attention getting landing page and it should be targeted.

Remember OP that this is interruption marketing they didn't want to see your ad so you better give them a reason to pay attention
