List building through adwords

Can anyone give me any advice on how to build a list through adwords cheaply?

Basically I want to build a list to mail cpa email submit offers to a list.

So I guess I will be targeting keywords like free laptop or free ipod and stuff like that.

So any suggestions on landing pages or anything else would be great.

Have the ad go directly to the squeeze page. Add the typical links at the bottom (privacy policy, contact us, etc) so you don't get bitchslapped by google. Do everything you can to increase your QS without sacrificing the rate of opt-ins.

After they click through, I would make them double opt-in since most freebie seekers might give you a fake email to get to the goods. Send them what they're looking for over email, don't put anything on the thank-you page.
