List building landing page + which PPC network?

Hey all,

I have a question to all you PPC masters here. I would like to run a PPC campaign on my landing page (IM related) that offers a freebie for a sign-up. Quality leads that would eventually purchase something are key to this operation, of course. So I was wondering which PPC network works best. Adwords is off obviously because they don't let you advertise e-mail harvesting landing pages, next comes AdCenter which apparently doesn't mind, but what about the other, more cheaper alternatives such as AdBrite, ExoClick, InfoLinks etc. Do they allow landing pages? How about their traffic quality vs. price? Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.

7search and adknowledge might work for IM, or even linkedin if the ad and page is more professional and geared towards semi professionals rather than no clue noobies,
just keep in mind that there is a learning curve using second/third tier ppc network. Don't expect same results as on adwords or bing. Yo can tweak the campaigns but do not get lured by super low cpc and stay away from 1 word keywords, even 2 word keywords.
