Hello folks,

Has anyone successfully used Liqdpay to accept payments?

Most of their info is in Russian.

I'd welcome advice from anyone on high risk credit card processing.

Never heard of them. What are you trying to get High Risk processing on, Adult niche? Or something else like call center?
