Linkwheel?

I know of linkwheeling and I thought I understood what it was, but reading alot of posts here has gotten me somewhat confused so I'm going to go back to basics.

Has anyone got a step by step guide to what link wheeling is?

Yea it still works it just takes longer. Most sites today are making it harder to post your links.
