i wouldn't recommend doing that. it just looks spammy. very everything. make it as unique as you can. if you don't want to do it yourself you can always outsource it for cheap.

no , its not too much issue to damage your PR or SERP if when u bookmark with same description because when u do link building campaign you use same description in many linking .
