Linkwheel questions

hey guys, i have a couple questions I hope someone would be kind enough to clarify for me,

For the content of each web 2.0 property, do you guys use unique articles, unique sales pages, or spun content?

when linking everything together, link by anchor text or do you guys also create your usernames as the keywords aswell? Also use the same keyword in the anchor text to link to each web 2.0 property and your main site?

sorry, I know there noobish questions. I just dont want to waste time by creating crap that means nothing and we all had to start out somewhere
