Linkwheel question

I know that in each "web properties", you should have 2 links - 1 link to your "hub" and the other link to the next web property.

But may I know what should I add in the web properties?
So for example, my main website is about fishes...

So in each web property, do I need to put unique contents to link to the next web property and hub?

Anyone got an example of a web property I can look at?

Yes better to put unique Content if you wanna do long term work. Understand One Thing Google also know now Link Wheel. Do every thing carefully as google ll come to over come this loophole very soon
