linkwheel.net anyone?

has anyone tried the services of linkwheel.net ? i've keep hearing that link wheels work ok, tried some on fiverr but they had very little effect so i decided to try a more expensive one so the first provider that appeared on google was linkwheel.net
but the strange part is that on their home page there's a link to "gambling online casino lots" and that's a bit shady
and also there's a reference to their sister site linkwheel.com which is just an empty wordpress theme
i don't really trust them, has anyone ordered from these guys or should i stay away?
