Linkwheel from fiverr?

Hi guys
First, I have to tell you 2 things: 1. sorry for my bad english, 2. I'm not promoting anything.
So here it goes
I've just created a website with new .us emd, new content, new everything. 12k US visitors/month, low competition.
The other day I found a gig on Fiverr that says it will create 5 linkwheels+link pyramid with 20 blogs + 200 link directories submission for 25$. The gig has 4000 positive reviews, and 40 negative reviews.
Should I buy it? Will it be good or bad for my websie?

4000 Positive and 40 negative..is fine..as no one can make everyone Happy with work. So from Each 100 if 1 was not Happy that is fine..

Don't expect high quality links from fiverr, to be safe I would not make the linkwheel directly pointing to my money site, I would point it to my tier 1 links.

Yeah dont do it. Theres lots of decent seo gigs on fiverr but a chunk of links like that to a new site will be the martian death ray. Dont trust anybody to point links direct to your site. If you are going to build links then concentrate on building some manual links by yourself to get going. You can built some web 2.0s and point them to your site and if you wanted you could point fiverr stuff at them.

Any fiverr mass linking service will be unnatural and full of shit links and pron/pharma or massive obl etc.

If I was looking for a way to spend $25 I would have a look in the BST section and would be more inclined to buy a low volume of high PR blog comments which has always got me results.

SEO is more Labour intensive these days and your social media facebook/twitter/pinterest/instagram is something you need to be building alongside your site.

What if I'll make a blogspot website for each of the 5 link wheels then put a link to my money site?
It will be safe, but will it boost my rankings?

You're probably right.
I'm going to create a facebook fan page. I've seen a method around here on how to get quick facebook friends, and it goes very well with what I have in my mind.
Also, I'm getting credits on Vagex and u2bviews so I have to spend when my videos will be ready.
