Let's say I have 50 articles on my site, and they are ALL listed in my sidebar "recent posts". Does linkjuice from my homepage get sent through those links to my inner pages at all? Is it any different than interlinking inside my content to my inner pages?

Is there an easy way to interlink all my pages besides doing it manually?

Yes, this will pass juice via recent posts. But having 50 posts seems a little bit overkill on the homepage. This is different than innerlinking from content inside your posts. The post pages pass different amounts of juice based on where the innerlink occurs on the page and how much authority that page has. There are several WP plugins that can do this.
