Try disabling “Open links in default browser” in Messenger settings or clear the app’s cache. If that doesn’t work, reinstall Messenger and make sure all permissions are granted.

Hello sir , if your links aren't clickable on Messenger, try these tips: always include "http://" or "https://" in the URL. You might want to update or reinstall the app too. Also, copy links directly from your browser instead of a text editor. It can help to send links from different devices as well. And don’t forget to check your internet connection! Try copying that text and then copying it to the web to see if it works. I think in cases like this, you should check if http:// is in the link.

you just need to go to settings in messenger to change this, go to 3 dashes in the upper left corner of the screen, find photos & media files, turn on the open link with external browser, that's ok

If you accidentally add a space before or after a link, Messenger may not recognize it as a URL and convert it to text. Facebook Messenger has security measures in place to prevent potentially harmful or spammy links. If your link is blacklisted or contains questionable keywords, Messenger won't automatically turn it into a hyperlink.
