Links Indexing Question

Hello guys
I have an misunderstanding...
Some links appears in webmaster tools but when i search the urls on google are not indexed
What meen this situation? I thought if appears in webmaster tool, are indexed but....

Links displayed in webmaster tools are the links Google is aware of. Usually, you'll find many links in your webmaster tools account that don't exist in Google's index because they have been deleted and webmaster tools hasn't updated their backlink data. By the way, they hardly update backlink data. They can show you new links, but they won't remove dead links. That's probably why you aren't finding some of your links in the index when you search.

No, is not the situation...the links are PBN and have 1-2 weks life and are live
