Links in YouTube description

Does youtube care about domain URLs in descriptions? Should I use bit.ly or goo.gl as shorteners? Or can I directly use my domain name?

i used bit.ly for my affiliate link, made a buck back in the day(220euro for 24k views)
it was back in day 2015, but i still see people using bit.ly and goo.gl etc fo the links

The question is a bit overly broad. Affiliate links have never gotten a straight answer. The best guidance I've seen is that if you have a completely legitimate product review, then an affiliate link is acceptable (but no one will guarantee that you won't be banned). Mediocre reviews, such as slideshows, are likely to be banned if reviewed.

Now, if we're talking about regular links to websites, then have at it so long as it's a legitimate site- no shortner needed. Obviously, no malware, viruses, etc.

No Youtube wont care much and I havent seen anyone or any video going down due to links. You can use link shortners to track things.
