If I create a substack newsletter and will publish articles with links to my website, are those consider as high quality links and is this method proven to be successful?

It's being used as a parasite by many: https://www.google.com/search?q=site:substack.com

Pages get indexed, links appear to be do-follow (pages don't seem to get cached by Google so I couldn't check on what the spider sees), 3rd party metrics are high (DR91, DA84)

There are certainly a lot worse sites to build links on!

Substack is getting quite a bit of traction when it comes to brand visibility.

A lot of big-name media brands like Bari Weiss have moved on to Substack.

In fact, a lot of online journalists are making more money now through their Substack mailing lists than they ever did as reporters and commentators.

There's definitely a lot more ways to make money off Substack than just using it as a link parasite.

I'm not quite sure how long the value of those links will remain when it comes to link building.

I see Substack possibly sharing the same trajectory as Medium.com
